“nice and well protected felt safe”
we enjoyed our stay. we felt safe because of security guards and cameras. the staff was very nice and attentive. the only thing really wrong were the sheets. they were well worn and didn't fit the beds properly. they kept coming off the mattress.

i was expecting to arrive at a hotel that was on the lower end, only because in comparison to other hotels in the area, this one was the lowest in price. when i arrived i was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. i also felt safe because after a certain time of night all doors were secured except for the front entrance. the hotel was only 5 min. from the beach and 2 min. from landshark stadium.
“decent affordable miami hotel”
Although the hotel is not in the nicest/most convenient area of Miami, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is only about 15-20 minutes from downtown and 5-10 minutes from major shopping/restaurant area. The hotel itself is very nice with a beautiful landscaping & pool area. The room was not spectacular, but was clean, comfortable and sufficient. The staff was VERY helpful. Add the continental breakfast and the room price was OUTSTANDING!

Overall the hotel is a great bargain for the price. The service was great. The only thing which is missing is an in-house restaurant

“Hotel Roma is a good place to be when your in the miami gardens area!”
Hotel Roma staff is friendly and very helpful, if you have a problem they always find a solution to the problem I would tell anyone to stay at Hotel Roma. Am always relaxed and feel at home when i stay. The rooms are a nice size and pretty neat and clean! I have no problems when i stay. Thank you Hotel Roma staff you all work very hard to please the guest.

I will recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to saty at a clean and good hotel for a good price.
“The worst”
Of all my travels all over the world this was the worst experience ever. The rooms smell, no toilet paper, poor customer service and the vending machines sell condoms with the potato chips and candies
