“Hotel comfort is OK. People are friendly”

Hotel is satisfactory. Not too comfortable. Breakfast is really simple. People are friendly. Location is perfect.

“Happy New Year!”

The Franklin hotel needs major renovation. Our room smelled like a bar. Who knows what the original color of the carpet was? The furniture in the room was falling a apart. The A/C unit in the room spat out a black foam material. Which only tells me that the filter has not beenchanged in ages. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful. From front desk to maintenance.
