“Suberb location, cleanest room ever”
Boscolo's amazing location is something you can see on the map. But the cleanless of the rooms, the usefulness, the helpfulness and the smiles of the personnel, the perfect food, these you may not be sure before staying there. One of the best hotels we've stayed.
“Wonderful place to stay in Milan”
I wrote most of my comments above but Boscolo was great and we would stay again.
“Slick & Stylish Yet Cozy, Friendly & Low Key”
ROOMS R my top favorite part of hotel.Unique design achieves balance between slick& cozy. THE SPA & SEAFOOD RESTAURANT R my next favorites. Spa is unique& restaurant ,like the rooms, strikes balance between slick & cozy. Other common areas like the LOBBY, LOUNGE & BAR, were not really my favorite. BAR is especially cold cause so much chrome was used + marble floors + icy bar counter, with almost no warm elements.THE "CANDY" LOUNGE looks like a day care center for adults with a series of oversized Lego sculptures & artwork, overlapping shaggy rugs& a bright red sofa that had straw texture like Ikea's Christmas ball lamp shades. The room's feel &theme was kind of annoying & almost a bit ridiculous like the Marcel Waanders decor @ the Mondrian in Miami. A decor that, in my opinion, badly imitates Philppe Stark's surrealism. There even happens to be a MW black lacquer table @ the center of that room where there's a complimentary buffet of candies, jelly beans & gummy bears. ROOM SERVICE : excellent. We loved it so much that we had room service @ all meals during our 4 night stay, except 4 1 dinner. My personal fave was the open faced smoked salmon & prawn sandwich. Minor critiques: French fries & sandwich breads need improvement. CONCIERGE : awesome. Hooked us up with impossible-to-get tickets at La Scala. SUPER FRIENDLY, SMILING & HELPFUL STAFF, including manager who personally responds to some email inquiries, is so low key & blends in with the other employees.
“Wild and Crazy!”
Wild and crazy decor lived up to my expectations. The staff was very professionals and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and service was exceptional. My only small comment is that the steam shower was not working properly in the spa. Otherwise, all was fantatstic!
“outstanding”
uber trendy hotel in great location. very clean and comfortable. staff was very helpful and polite. Love Love Loved it!
“Thanks to Boscolo Hotel Milan”

“Fun Life Experience Alert”
My friend and I spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by front of house staff, Lamin, Abdul and Stefano. Their hospitality and people skills areFAB! The room was delightful with a giant sized bed and a variety of therapeutic pillows to choose from. In keeping with the theme of the hotel the room was quirky, colourful, spacious and all gadgets worked perfectly. When we had a problem with the door key, it was dealt with immediately and no fuss whatsoever. The bedding was changed daily and with absolute minimal disturbance. The Spa...Oh my God! This was a delightful experience also. The small but amazing swimming pool was lovely and warm with a heavenly lit ceiling shower. There was romantic and seductive mood lighting throughout and sprawling comfortable lounging beds. The sauna and steam rooms were great fun and there was an abundance of fluffy soft white towels on hand. The hotel is well located with excellent access to a huge shopping plaza, Duomo Cathedral, metro, tram and a variety of dining experiences. The many resturants are ideally situated for 'people watching'. The hot chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream served up for desert at BarMaddonina is to die for. The staff are down to earth and well aware that as a new hotel there are a few teething problems. They continue to work hard to eliminate any problems and this is evident in all that they do. Their current success is a credit to them. THANK YOU AND WELL DONE!
“Weekend in Milan”
Amazing looking place great location for shops and Cathedral. Only problem i had was asking concierge to book a good restaurant. He tried one which was full then struggled to think of another, said give him 10 mins and never got back. Surely there is more than one good restaurant in Milan! Not a problem we just googled one and it was great!
“Not as good as we had hoped”
The information on expedia says the rooms have balconies - but ours didn't and there wasn't one available with a balcony. The bar rates were extortionate. The location is brilliant. The rooms are noisy in that you can hear everything in the corridor outside. Reception was relaly unhelpful. The concierge was nice but there were always long queues.
“dull hotel”
very boring hotel, no soul in it .Staff appear to be very aloof!
