“Truly satisfied!”

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Moscow in August 2007 for two nights. Because the hotel just opened up they had some promotional rates that made it really great value for money. I have also checked in early at 6am and was alowed a late check out at 14:30 without any additional charges. The staff were quick to respond to any requests, exeptionally helpful and professional, especially considering it's Russia. The hotel location is apsolutelly great! Would stay there again in the future.

“A big disapointment!”

I read loads before choosing this hotel to stay in Moscow! What a mistake! If you are going to splash all this money please go somewhere else - its service is way below Ritz Carlton's level!
