“The room was clean and the staff was helpful.”

The hotel is reasonably maintained and clean for a hotel in India. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel has a nice location on the back side of the palace. The entrance to the palace on the hotel side is closed. The entrance to the palace is on the other side but only a short walk. The views of the palace are obscured by the trees in the park. But the park is a nice view.

Parts of the hotel in need of refurbishment but all is clean.

Beautiful location and lovely large rooms but staff need to be supervised and monitored as we had to request bins to be emptied and room to be cleaned. Gave clothes to their laundry, staff said they would return them the next evening but then the staff member was too lazy to iron them and said suddenly they would not be ready that evening and returned them without ironing. Noted staff answering back to reception staff when requested to do something. Reception staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel is well located, the staff are pleasant but the restaurant had little variety & could not be recommended.

There weren't towels initially. When the towels came they were not clean. Provide only 2 towels. The bathroom fittings were broken. Hot water not available always. TV signal is poor. Outside view is pathetic. Even the executive premier from where they claim that the palace is seen is not good and you can barely see the palace.
