“Excellent 3 star hotel”

This 3 star hotel is only 400m rom the Arc de Triomphe. Very central and close to a metro station and plenty of cafes and ating places nearby. The hotel staff were most friendly and helpful. Free internet access was most useful. Beakfast was adequate for our needs and the room and bathroom most adequate. With the expedia special rate this hotel was most affordable for the week and would recommend to anyone.

“Great Paris Hotel”

Very nice hotel. Great location, close to Metro, lots or restaurants (pricey and inexpensive ones) and shops. Laundromat and supermarket just around the corner. Very helpful and friendly staff; fluent in English and accommodating tp my not-so-good French. Only drawback: toilet across the room from bathroom sink & shower. A bit inconvenient, but definitely not enought to override "highly recommend" review. Neva Hotel is a great value for the price.

“A small, cozy and efficient hotel near the Arc of Triumph”

This is a three-star hotel, which by French stds means you get your own bath tub. Having said that, if you properly contextualize the amenities, this is an excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, articulate and helpful (I had Wi-Fi issues, and front desk person went out of his way to help). The hotel is ultra-clean, ideally located, quiet and the bed was decent. The TV was tiny and distant but I wasn't in Paris to watch TV. Bottom line: book through Expedia (I got a much better rate!) and enjoy your stay. I'm definitely staying there next time.

“Centrally located hotel.”

An excellent 3-star centrally located hotel, about 100 yards from the Arc de Triomphe. Close to shops, restaurants, sights and Metro. Rooms a little small, but this is to be expected with hotels in Paris. Staff very pleasant and helpful. A high standard of cleanliness. I didn't have the hotel breakfast, but there are plenty of places near at hand to eat cheaply.

Hotel rooms are small but very conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us out with our flight confirmations.

“Great hotel - great location!”

This was my 2nd trip to Paris. The hotel staff was friendly & attentive. Hotel is very close to the Metro, Arch D.T., shopping & restaurants. Pharmacies & grocery store (MonoPrix) close by for any necessities (good for stocking up on bottled water!) Would definitely stay here again; the rooms are small (compared to U.S. standards) but clean - there is so much to do & see in Paris, you are hardly in your room. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great base for sight seeing.”

Very impressed with this hotel, will definately use it again next time I'm in Paris. After a long journey it was so lovely to just crash in the hotel room which we found bit cosy but very nice and adequate for our needs. Hotel staff spoke good english and were very friendly. Hotel also in a very good location, close to sights and restaurants.

“Best little hotel in Paris”

This was a great hotel! The staff was friendly and always willing to help me find my way around Paris. The location could not be beat. Within steps of the metro station, the Arch, restaurants, and local shops it was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris that wants a safe, comfortable place within easy walking distance to many things.

“Perfectly fine”

The hotel is the perfect place from which to explore Paris. It is in a lovely area, less than 2mins to the Arc de Triomphe and yet perfectly quiet inside. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and very helpful indeed. Unfortunately the lift broke while we were there, but that did not detract from what was a wonderful holiday.
