“On good side; well located, easy access, secure parking. On down side; a little frayed on the edges”

A few blocks from the Union Buildings (Parliament) and the beautiful gardens on the terraced hills that front it. On the N4 that goes through Pretoria (but not a busy thoroughfare). Inner parking court with security guard. We had a 2 BR suite; good value for four. Beds clean and comfortable but appartment in need of freshening (rust on fixtures, no ventilation fan in bathroom so a little mould in corners from humidity). Fridge and stove top handy for coffee in morning, light breakfast. Good value for money.
