Honeymoon Promotion
Book a stay at this Palace resort and receive the following after arrival:
At time of booking, when indicating traveler and room preferences, guests must enter "Honeymooners" in the Special Requests box to receive this promotion.
After checking in, honeymooning couples will be directed to the honeymoon desk where staff will welcome them and help reserve their candlelight dinner. The other amenities will be delivered to their room.
Upon arrival, honeymooning couples must present proof of marriage within the past year.
Unlimited Phone Calls Promotion
All calls made from guestrooms to phone numbers within Mexico (excluding cell phones), the Continental United States of America, and Canada are complimentary.
Calls must be made from guestrooms. Other international calls are charged at a special rate. If unused, this service cannot be exchanged for cash value. 2010 Unlimited Golf Promotion
Book a stay in a qualifying rate category now – December 23, 2010 for travel January 3 – December 23, 2010 and receive the following:
Must book a stay in an “Unlimited Golf” rate category to qualify. All adults sharing the same room must pay the golf package rate. It cannot be sold separately. Unused rounds of golf due to weather conditions or for any other reason are non-refundable. No rain checks will be provided. Golf package applies to guests paying the adult rate. Children ages 13 - 17 must be booked as adults to receive the golf package. Tee times will be available after 10:30 AM in high season (November 1 - April 30) and after 9:30 AM in low season (May 1 - October 31). Tee times can only be reserved thirty (30) days prior to client's arrival. They can be pre-arranged at teetimesvallarta@palaceresorts.com or by fax at 011-52-322-226-8476. This All-Inclusive Nuevo Vallarta resort offers an air-conditioned fitness center/health spa housing men's and women's saunas, steam rooms, and a large spa tub with a capacity for six (but reserved for one couple at a time).
Vallarta Palace also features two outdoor pools, a lighted tennis court, basketball court, and seven-hole miniature golf. A dive tank, bicycles, and table games can be used, and a spa boutique is on site.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort. Like all major Nuevo Vallarta hotels, the Vallarta Palace purifies its water.

Vallarta Palace All Inclusive offers 348 guestrooms with balconies or patios. All beds are designed for Palace hotels; they feature specially designed coils and double-cushioned pillowtop mattresses. Contemporary, minimalist decor incorporates rich, dark woods.
Amenities include wireless Internet access, liquor dispensers, satellite TV, and individual reading lights. Marble bathrooms come with bathrobes, two-person jetted tubs, and designer bath amenities.
Both air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided.

La Fiesta - Outdoor restaurant serving à la carte Brazilian cuisine for dinner only. Long pants, collared shirts, and closed-toe shoes for men; no beachwear for women.
MoMoNoHaNa - À la carte Asian cuisine. Dinner only. Semiformal dress.
The hotel offers 5 bars: the poolside Triton, which serve snacks; the Palm Bar, located in the swimming pool area; Wood Oven Pizzas, also in the pool area; the Lobby Bar, which serves snacks and has live music; and the outdoor Amphitheater, which offers nighttime entertainment.
Entertainment
Vallarta Palace features an amphitheater where shows take place nightly: karaoke, Latino Show, Mexican Party, Vegas Show, Circus Night, and others. The bar is open during shows at night.

“Christmas at Vallarta Palace”
We just returned from 5 nights at the Vallarta Palace. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The grounds and the room were very clean. Food was good, and having the pool side snacks made it easy to remain at the beach without going to a restaurant for lunch. The hotel has an open feeling towards the pool and beach. We had a ocean view room (5th floor) with the extra balcony and the sunsets each night seen from the balcony were amazing. The only negative was the room was a little small to have the in-room tub, which took up a lot of space.
“An experience you don't want to miss!!!!”
This resort is excellent! The service you receive at poolside or the beach is the best I have ever had. Anabel was exceptional, and took customer service to the next level. Her customer service should be the bar that everyone else strives for, we would sit in her area just because of her service. The Italian restaurant was the best of all, we were unable to make a selection of an appetizer and ask the waiter to choose for us, his selection were fantastic. Mario was one of the most attentive and perceptive waiters we have ever experienced. Julissa one of the resort managers always seemed to be around checking on the needs of the guests, was extremely friendly without hovering. We had a small request for a drink recipe which she promptly got for us. We didn't expect it immediately but she made it a priority. Overall the Vallarta Palace was everything you want in a resort and more!!!! We had a $1500. resort credit, which we were able to use for a couples massage, tour of the city, romantic dinner on the beach, and still have enough to upgrade the wine selection at 2 dinners, and had lobster tail at dinner with credits to spare. Lucy is very helpful and friendly when booking your extras, what a pleasant person! Would recommend to anyone. Truly a wonderful experience from receiving a cool towel & cold drink upon arrival to the helpfulness and graciousness of the staff upon departure.
“Super Stay”
No need to repeat all of the 4 and 5 star reviews. My wife and I were very satisfied with our selection of Vallarta Palace for our 1 week winter getaway. At 95 % capacity there was very a short wait at the Italian restaurant during their busiest time for dinner. The pool area still had plenty of space. Absolutely no complaints or improvement suggestions. Most of the staff went out of their way to please you. "MY PLEASURE" was always their response. It was our pleasure to be there and would certainly go back. PS. Of course-------- If the price stays in line.
“Fun in the sun”
Have been there several times and each time I like it better. Great staff, pool actives are fun and the food is pretty good. Drinks are a bit light on alcohol.
“Fabulous experience!”
The food was great considering it is an all-inclusive, and the resort is beautiful. The thing that makes it stand out the most are the amazing staff they employ. Alway helpful, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end vacation.
“Winter Getaway”
Our stay was wonderful. The service was outstanding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. Great value for the money. Only my husband and I were on this trip, but the property seemed very family friendly as well.
“Absolutely Loved - will go back”
Top quality service from the time we arrived!! The whole experience was wonderful: exceptionally clean lobby, resturants, lounges, grounds, rooms; professional and extremely courtious staff; delicious food service at every resturant choice. Conciege desk efficient at booking excursions. Housekeeping thoroughly cleaned room daily and checked back in evening to bring fresh towels. We felt completely safe with teenage daughters in tow. We have travelled quite a bit, and this is one of the best experiences we have enjoyed. To coin their response to your every request "My pleasure". It truely was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will go back and will look into this resort at other destinations. Con: Would prefer queen beds over double.
“great hotel”
Room was great, as well as the restaurants and food. High quality meals with plenty of variety. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only drawbacks was that the pool and jacuzzis close too early. Although the rooms seemed to be well insulated against sound between rooms, they are not well insulated against sound in the hallways. Very noisey.
“Awesome resort!! Can't wait to go back!”
This resort was above and beyond what we were expecting. The decor was beautiful, clean, modern, hip. Not tacky at all. The rooms were sophisticated, ultra clean and comfortable. Every room with a hot tub! The staff made the place even more special. Everyone couldn't be more helpful or friendly. The facilities were awesome. I was really, really pleased and can't wait to go back or to try another hotel of the same company. Also, the food was great.
“This was an awesome trip”
Great trip for family or just with friends. We had age range from 5 years old to 71 and everyone had a great time and had no complaints. Great value for your money. Los Veranos Canopy tour was great also.
