“nice hotel”

“"Convenient"”
For the purpose of the trip, this hotel was the closest and the most convenient. It was in walking distance of where I had to go everyday of my visit.

Compared to my stay at another Hotel in Santa Maria this was the best place by far both were supposed to be 2 star the okther hotel should not even have 1 star. This hotel had good food real friendly service clean and neat room and grounds my grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Very centrally located to all the Central Coast attractions.
“Good to find Hotel”
Very close to highway 101, but still very quite. Good location and good breakfast. Internet service is also good.
“Good value for money”
We looked for a cheap hotel for a one night stay and breakfast included. It was not luxury but clean enough and as the hotel fulfilled our expectations we were satified with our stay.
“Got the job done”
It's very basic, but pretty much what we expected. Room was clean; grounds so-so. Pool was nice. Breakfast a plus with kids, although 100% carbs.
“Not the greatest”
The hotel is located conveniently off the 101 south; close to 2 gas stations. IHOP is next door and Burger King as well. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. We woke up with horrible back aches. If your on the first floor, you can hear the footsteps of those on the second floor through the ceiling. The ice machine was not working either. Stains on the carpet, however the rest of the room was clean. Staff were pleasant and a continental breakfast is provided. We will not return however due to the poor quality of the bed.
