“just what we expected”
comfortable, good location,freindly staff
“weekend in Waterown”
The people at the desk were very accommodating. They had booked us into the 2nd floor, and has no elevator, my mom has trouble walking and has to use a cane, when we checked in he said the rooms were full but when we can back at 3pm he had got us 2 rooms on the first floor . this was great .
“Not impressed”
I've stayed in about 50 hotels to date. This had to be one of the worse, in terms of cleanliness, service and lack of comfort. Mattress springs were digging in our backs.
“Small and Loud”
The rooms were tiny and it is a hotspot for military personel on leave from fort drum. Managment would not do anything about the amount of noise being made after numerous complaints from many different guests.
“not impressed”
Would not recomend the hotel, did not get the room we booked. booked room to sleep 5 got there had one queen bed. the desk clerk was not very friendly and raised his voice to me and to expedia rep on telephone. Not very professional. Tub faucet leaked listened to the drip all night.
“made a reservation and the day of the trip found out there were no rooms available”
the hotel never let expedia know that they had no more rooms left and I was stuck without a room and had to spend over 1 1/2 hrs on the phone while driving a seven hour drive to get a nearby hotel room (which was very good)
“Travel Lodge”
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The paint was coming off the walls in places and the cleanliness was not at an acceptable level.
“No way! Avoid unless you want pain”
Room size is micro. Bed @ 12in high and for the 1st time in my life, I woke up with a sore back. Bath towels =hand towel size. Lobby smells like a turkish kitchen ( not trying to be rude but explaining odor. Breakfast= ugh. OJ was bad.. Smelled like Acid! I hope I don't get sick over this. Other hotels in Watertown were much better.

the halls and the room was disgraceful, there was hairs in the bath tub, halls looked as if they had not been vacuumed in days
