“One night impression”
Nothing fancy, but very nice and well kept. Service was friendly and helpful.
“Great choice- clean quiet convenient”
Perfectly fine for the price. I have stayed in steamboat many times, and have paid twice as much for basically the same amenities. Personally, I would rather spend money on adventures and experiences which is why I liked staying here. The affordability was key, and the room was clean and quiet. This freed up spending money for way better things. Downtown is a short drive or free bus ride away, and so is the gondola. Trust me- this hotel is a bargain and worth the $$. Breakfast was paltry, but who cares- make your way down to Winona's (main street) for a freshly made cinamon bun... You'll be glad you did. Don't miss Strawberry Park hot springs- the best part of SBS!!
“Good value for the money.”
This hotel is being upgraded. The owners have worked at the exterior and the hallways and it looks very nice. The rooms need some redoing but were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a very good deal for the money. The property is nice and clean and everything is close by.
“A find”
This is what you would expect if someone said "let's take a basic cheap hotel model, and do it with sensitivity and aesthetics. All the finishes were inexpensive, but chosen with great care...even the new pine beetle stained paneling.
“Great Bed and stay”
Very reasonable hotel that had one of the best beds I've ever slept in. The outdoor pool was very nice. Stayed there with our dog, vey nice added feature. Hotel on the east side of town but Steamboat is very small so only 5 minutes from downtown. Great hotel with great price. Plan to say here everytime.
“Close to ski slopes”
Close to slopes, but farther than expected from downtown. Super nice, friendly and helpfully staff.

This hotel is smaller and not the fanciest place ever, but it was recently remodeled and is an excellent value for what you pay. The staff is friendly and it is in a good location.
“best bargain in Steamboat”
you can't go wrong at this motel. clean, easy access to public transport, great staff. not a 5 star resort motel, but everything needed to be comfortable for a price that makes a weeks stay realistic for a working guy. staff is super friendly and answered all needs quickly and efficiently. i'll stay here again in a heartbeat.
