“Great Value”
Hotel was clean & comfortable, there are still some repairs that need doing, but it didn't interfer with our stay. Staff were helpful and curtious. the only disapointment was the continental breakfast, it was very poor. plan on going out for breakfast.
“Nice Place to Stay”
I enjoyed the hospitality of the rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. Room were quiet and comfortable. Very accessible to the Sudbury Airport.

Would suggest this hotel to any of my friends to stay at and they would be satisfied. location is great also.
“Very Satified”
The hotel was clean, quiet and the service was great. Had trouble connecting to the WiFi and the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful and solved the problem immediatley (it was due to our stupidity, not the hotels. The hotel was in a great location as well, very close to lots of stores and retaurants. Whenever I return to Sudbury I will definatley stay there again.
“Best Hotel Beds Ever”
Amazingly comfortable beds and the pillows were as soft and heavy as a good feather pillow without the feathers. Great bistro style restarant with room service and extensive menu. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large nicely decorated rooms. Quiet. Definitely will stay there again.
“Surprisingly good experience”
Wasn't expecting too much, based purely on having driven by a few times. In some regards, it still looked like an old school hotel. However, the room was very clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and staff were friendly. Factor in great location on major roads and surrounding amenities (shopping, restaurants) and it was a very pleasant experience. Don't know that I'll be staying in Sudbury again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely give them another stay.
“Great Customer Service”
We were greeted warmly by Front desk & offered lots of advice for meals due to our later arrival. She even offered to let us stay a little longer in the pool if we wanted to use it. Free wireless internet was a great bonus. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in; the room was a good size with a writing desk & comfy chair. It was a great find. Major mall right across the street.
“decent hotel”
This hotel is fairly decent. We stayed there for 1 night and our experience was good! We had the pool just for ourselves and also the work out facility. and one good thing about this hotel too is that you can park your car right infront of your room. parking is free, and is very convenient. we took our luggages from our car and we don't have to go to the front office. the customer service is really good as well. we didn't try their breakfast (its also free). and we also like our king bed. the linens are clean and everything in the room. I would definitely come back there. the only thing I don't like is that we have to drive to downtown. other than that we really enjoyed staying there.
“Room review”
The previous visit to this hotel we stayed in one of the upgraded rooms. This time we were in one of the older rooms. Missed the flat screen TV and updated bathroom. Bed was still very comfortable so no complaints. Will always stay at this hotel as we really enjoy the location and the staff
“Good stay.”
Hotel staff were excellent. Main lobby and public spaces were quite nice. Rooms were okay, but could use a little updating. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for shopping.
