“Tijuana's Best Hotel!”
love the hotel, its people and the service. at first when i checked in the guy gave me a higher rate, i showed him my printout and he honored it. the service was great, everyone there from the parking attendant, to the bellboy, housekeepers, the manager... were nice and their customer service is just great! best buffet in Tijuana, the casino is very nice and clean too. you can even see how long the line/wait is to cross to san diego from the balcony. the only down side is that they have no pool. but everything else is great, you can walk to restaurants, mall, grocery store, nightclubs, the border... very convenient. that's where i will be staying from now on whenever i am in Tijuana.

Great value for the money. Convenient, extra-large rooms, Marble bathrooms and an accomidating staff make this hotel a great destination. the restaurant located off the lobby has great food and very reasonable prices.

Wow I was surprised with this hotel. It was clean, very confortable. The staff was very profesional. I loved the casino inside the hotel = ) I highly recommend it.
“One of the best hotels in Tijuana,”
Pueblo Amigo is one the best keep secrets in Tijuana. It is always fun with slots and games. The service is always very polite and available. The rooms are super clean and the bathrooms are even better... Yes, they could use some players rewards card so I could return more often.

Great hotel but out of the way. You need taxis to get anywhere. the breakfast buffet was great but overpriced.

The hotel itself was clean and the room was also clean and served its purpose. The only draw backs were the internet facilities not working and the hassle of having to press alt and the numbers 6,4 at the same time then release alt to insert the @ symbol to check email at the computer at the front desk, other than that I would stay there again if I am ever in the area.

Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay. The patio resturant has a very good buffet breakfast although the dinner menu is somewhat limited in choices. the location of hotel is centrally located and walking distance to border.
“The place to stay in TJ”
Ticks all the boxes - a true 5 star hotel, short walk to the border and very friendly staff. Massive rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast - from 7am to 12 noon - was a highlight of my stay. Very cheap and with dozens of dishes from bacon and eggs to tortillas through to swordfish! I enjoyed the stay there and particularly found the location of the hotel a real plus.

the hotel pueblo amigo has a great location close enough to walk to or from the border and down town. the room bath room and most importantly the bed were all very comfortable.( i like to park on the u.s. side and walk to the hotel during the day ,or a very quick cab ride 4-5 min tops to the hotel if you take a taxi libre the fare is about 3.00 u.s. 0r a yellow cab about 5 dollars. at night. if you want to travel down town or zonz rio( the best resturants in the city are located here the fare is also only about 5 dollars.) the hotel is in a good part of town and i felt safe in the hotel and down town i went out to the clubs untill about 3.a.m.my advise if you leave down town this late just take a cab very efecent and cheep during the day i generally walk it .over all if your going to visit tijuana this is about your best bet.the hotel staff mostly spoke english quite well.one last thing i do recommend is the hotels buffett maravilloso and fabuloso. very very good.this location also comes with a nice little casino and a nice sports book the common areas of the hotel were also very comfortable.
