“Excellent Hotel!!!”

Hotel Central Garni was fantastic!! One of the best European hotels we have stayed in. Very, very clean and comfortable. Large room, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with shower. Breakfast is included in the price and was fantastic! This hotel is centrally located in Triberg and very close to all the major attractions. The owner of the hotel is so friendly and helpful and speaks perfect english. Free parking in the back. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Pretty Good!”

Excellent location for touring the Black Forest. Triberg is a pretty town with Germany's highest waterfall at the top of the town,which is largely on one long hill! The hotel is situated above the Sparkasse Bank,and parking was a bit tricky to start with,but was made clear on check-in. There are several flights of stairs to climb before reaching reception,but there is a small lift for those who can't or won't do the hard work! The interior of the hotel has a slightly dated feel,but the room was comfy,excepting the rather odd shelf directly over the bed pillow. This would not suit someone prone to sitting bolt-upright on waking up! The staff were friendly,and all requests were met with a smile. Breakfast is as you might expect in Germany,and there is little chance of going hungry in the morning!

“Nice night away!”

This was our second time staying here. It is reasonably priced and clean. The desk attendant/manager was very friendly and helpful. I should have asked for additional pillows, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. No complaints from me!

“May 2012”

Staff was more than pleasant. With the room you also got acess to local bus services for free and free admitance into the waterfall park. This was a huge bonus for us.
