The Tryp Azafata boasts an unbeatable location near the airport (regular Hotel-Airport-Hotel shuttle service from 6 am. to 10 pm.), and is very well-known in Valencia, particularly thanks to its famous restaurant serving exquisite rice dishes and seasonal products. Next to the most important industrial areas in Valencia and perfectly linked to the city centre, port and beaches thanks to the Valencia metro (lines 3-5) and a metro station just behind the hotel. Only 500 metres from the airport, 5 minutes from the Exhibition Centre, 10 minutes from the historical heart of Valencia, 15 minutes from the Ricardo Tormo motorcycle circuit, 10 km from the El Bosque golf club, and 13 km from El Saler beach.
Rooms
Modern rooms, decorated in warm tones, with a combination of cherry wood doors and furniture and chrome and glass finishings, which, together with the beech wooden floors, create a relaxing and cosy atmosphere.
In the bathroom the modern, straight lined decor of the room continues.
Our bathrooms are quite unique thanks to the architect Alvaro Sans having achieved maximum luminosity in the interior by using Japanese style wooden and acid-glass panels which filter the light creating a modern and well-lit space.

“Perfect”
I just needed a place to stay overnight before my flight back to the U.S. I'd been traveling in Europe for 5 weeks, so I was beat and really just wanted to feel comfortable. This hotel was perfect! Free shuttle to the airport, a terrific bar and restaurant right there, and an extremely nice staff who accommodated my lack of Spanish. This hotel is not located near all the fun Valencia sight-seeing, being next to the airport. But if you're in need of an airport hotel, stay here.
“Perfect Airport Hotel”
Our stay at the Tryp Azafata was only for one-night before an ongoing flight to the Canary Islands. We felt very welcome in the hotel and were more than satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness and quiet of the hotel. Although it is located just across the highway from the Valencia Airport, we heard nothing of airport noise. Our room was overlooking the small, but lovely, swimming pool and was well equipped and very modern. The bathroom has lovely fixtures, although the sink may be a bit high for anyone of average height. The hotel provides free indoor parking at the rear of the building, with direct entry to the hotel with your key card. Although the nearby area is not especially pleasant, it is very convenient for connections to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle which leaves every 30 minutes, and is only a 2 minute ride to the airport. Additionally, we were able to return our rental car with no difficulty, as the rental agency was located less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We would definitely book the Tryp Azafata again, should we need to arrive or depart from the Valencia airport.
“Excellent hotel for flying from the airport in Valencia”
EXcellent service. Friendly people; good restautant. I have to say that it was better than the Melia hotel in Madrid. Convenient location, close to the airport. Cogratulations!
“Great Airport Hotel”
We stayed at the Hotel on two separate nights on our trip and found it to be very convenient for our needs. We had rented a car at the Valencia Airport for our trip in Spain and Portugal. When we returned the car we stayed at the Tryp overnight then caught the train to Barcelona the next day. There is a Metro stop about an 8 minute walk from the Hotel and it was an easy trip to the train station. We were also able to leave some of our luggage at the hotel. When we returned from Barcelona we caught the Metro back to the Hotel and off to the Airport the next morning. The rooms were large, modern and very clean. The hotel is located in and Industrial area so there is not much else around but it was an excellent choice for our needs. Would definitely recommend it.
“Perfect Ariport Hotel”
This Hotel is by the Ariport but very quiet. We ate at the restaurant and the service and the food was excellent! High Quality and Great service. We had a problem in the bathorrm and it was fixed within minutes. The roomes are Beautiful and the Extras are so appreciated. Internet service is excellent. Great Location to the Airport and Great Hotel. Shuttle Service was on time and parking at hotel is appreciated.
“Hotel Tryp Azafata”
The rooms are nice in this hotel. Other than the rooms I definately would not consider this a 4-star hotel. The pool was very small and the surrounding neighborhood was very unpleasent. I would only recommend you stay in this hotel if you want a location close to the airport for one night. Other than this, please avoid.
