“Good Hotel”
Really, the Safari Hotel is fantastic and that is my new house.I enjoyed with that place and my family also. I will be back this year. Thanks and regards,
“Not impressed”
Most of the the staff seem to be reluctant to do their jobs. From the check-in to the restaurant, no one welcomed me or even smiled. The hotel was bland and dull, there was nothing to indicate this was Africa. My room was the typical bland generic type , that could have been anywhere in the world.
“Tired”
This was a tired old place that needs updating and didn't feel particularly safe. Fortunately I was only crashing for a few hours before leaving Windhoek. There are no safes in the room and I felt very uncomfortable about leaving my valuables (evidently there were safes available at reception but I didn't like that idea either).
