"I made a very late booking due to having a relative being admitted to the local hospital. Check in was a breeze due to the 24/7 reception desk. The staff are amazing, they’re so friendly and accommodating with my request to extend my stay. Location is great and I had the best nights sleep. "

"Easily checked in upon arrival before 12:00 noon, instead of waiting till 2:00pm. The apartment was clean, neat, tidy, peaceful and safe with appropriate kitchen utensils provided for self-cooking and also laundry washing machine and dryer. Will stay there in future."

"The property had all we wanted for our 2 night visit, it was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location for walking access. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The small pool area only has room for two sun beds so you have to be quick or lucky to get one. We were lucky! Overall good value for money."

"This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns. "
