Three Star Hotels in Chicago

"The location was really close to the places I wanted to see while I was in town. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. The restaurant connected to hote was really good and convenient before we had to drive back to airport. Even though i didn’t want to pay for $60 valet, it was really easy when I needed the car to take a drive. I also didn’t like the rooms windows, seems they are single pane and you get a lot of outdoor noise at night. "

"When I arrived at the property, the clerk told me they were overbooked by Expedia and they had a room for us at a sister hotel next door. I spoke with the manager because I didn't want to stay there and had booked this room months in advance. The manager gave us a room and a coupon up eat at the amazing Beatrix restaurant that is attached to the hotel. Our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. My only complaint, which is not a complaint about the hotel, is that there was a lot of noise...

"I love that this property was walking distance to Target and multiple food spots. We went to a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a 4-5 minute walk which was SUPER convenient."

"We enjoyed the property. Uno’s pizza was very good. We liked the room. It was perfect for our group. "

"Beautiful property outside and in, modern lobby with plenty of places to lounge. Room was large and seemed brand new. Really enjoyed the large shower and cozy, cozy bed. I am a frequent member of Hilton but would stay here again easily. Only negative is our plane landed at 10 pm and that is when their shuttle stops service in the evening. So, we had to get a taxi. Used a taxi because they were already there."

"Easy check-in, comfy bed with lots of pillows, good space in the room. Large bathroom. Decent water flow in shower (not weak, not strong). Good lighting in room. Could hear people in adjacent rooms pretty clearly, so be conscious of what you are saying (or doing ;-)) "
