The staff are hit and miss, some are absolutely lovely, caring and helpful, others treat you like you’re in the way, which is a shame. The rooms were clean and they added a note on the mirror as we was away for my Girlfriend’s birthday wishing her a happy birthday which we thought was a great touch. The grab and go section was perfect with free pot noodles and crisps and drinks to take to the room. 100% will come again"
