"Very convenient for a cruise line stay. The hotel even offers transportation for a minimal cost to and from airport and cruise terminals. The reason I did not give them five stars is the AC unit was not working in 301. I let Hotel staff know, but no one ever communicated or try to find a resolve. The only thing they did is left a oscillating fan in our room. Other than that it is in a good location and seems clean."
