"Thankfully it was a late night checkin as the auto machine wouldn’t accept my details so back to the trusted manual checkin at desk. Clean room and toilet, good brunch served until 1.30 pm with plenty of choice, could only do with coffee being warmer. Made a good choice in staying there."

"They had storage for baggage while we waited to check-in, it was great ! The only issue we ran into was the closure right before our check in that made the 24/7(excludes holiday) not as convenient for early check in. The staff called a taxi to be scheduled the night before our check-out upon request it was perfect. But overall super friendly staff and they had a nice pool!"

"Kids party here and then come back to their rooms at 5am. Walls are super thin so you can hear them puking. We stayed one night paid for 4 days they wouldn’t refund me for the nights we didn’t stay. "We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Club Apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and clean and we had a fantastic view over the bay from our balcony. Like a lot of hotels in Mallorca, the rooms would benefit from a bit of updating. The pool area is clean and tidy and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A lot of reviews we read before visiting Vista Club Apartments mentioned "steps" and it's true there are a lot of steps to negotiate within the property (to get to the pool for example) and to get to the town (there is another way to get to town that doesn't involve steps which is slightly longer). For us, the steps didn't really bother us but for someone with mobility issues (maybe even those with prams or buggies) I think they would present a problem. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return to Vista Club Apartments in future."
