"Positives - Spacious rooms and clean - Friendly staff, with a special mention to Lookpla who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed Negatives - Pillows smelled slightly musty - Garden facing rooms had a lot of mosquitoes - A BIG NEGATIVE was that guests were allowed to book sun lounges ALL DAY. There were many booked using towels but unused."

Despite being in Phuket, the hotel felt calm and secluded, away from the crowds and noise. It was ideal for resting, recharging, and enjoying slow moments by the balcony and common areas without interruptions.
