"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "
"This hotel was really easy to get to and only a 15 minute walk to the train station that can take you straight into Cardiff. All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. "

Hilton Cardiff
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed in the executive room on the top floor and it was absolutely incredible. Fantastic huge, super comfortable bed. Gorgeous view of the Cardiff castle. Executive lounge offers snacks/drinks and magazines to read. Before going out in the evening I popped in for hot/cold hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Pool had perfect refreshing temperature. And there’s great sauna/jacuzzi + separate lift to take you back to your room after the swim. The stay is truly 5/5 and I wholeheartedly recommend it."
"Lovely one night stay after attending an event in Cardiff. Hotel was spotlessly clean, all the team were welcoming, good nights sleep. Breakfast good, check in and check out were seamless experiences. Would not hesitate to return."
"This hotel is typical Marriott, comfortable but not exciting. The location, however, is what makes it superb. Steps away from the railway station and in the midst of the city’s vibrant nightlife scene. Convenient to the castle as well — a must-see stop in Cardiff!"
"was so nice and the views were fantastic
the beds were so comfortable
the breakfast was great loads of options.
tv wasn’t working in room and no ice but was so relaxing staying there "
"This property was convenient, right next to Cardiff Central, but quiet (could not hear the trains from the room). The area is perfectly situated in the shopping district of Arcades, between the castle and the harbour front. Only concern was them requiring my passport number on check in. I’ve never been asked for this at any hotel in the past. "
