"Our room was noisy we could hear the loud trains and road noise all night. When booking I asked for a quiet room in the requests section as my daughter was getting married and we wanted to have a restful night. I rang the night manager and he assured us we were in a quiet room. Our room was not ar all quiet, so loud we couldn’t sleep we were situated at the end of the building close to the road and harbour bridge. We could hear people screaming and yelling outside at various times in the night."

"Excellent location. Reception staff very helpful but lacked local information which would have been of help i.e short cuts to the piers. Clean all over the hotel but house keeping lacking in our room, i.e not clean the first day. Furing stay, cutlery and linen napkin and glass wasn't taken away to be cleaned until a day later."
