"What stood out for me was the kindness of the staff. Specificaly , Victoria. ( aka. "Queen" Victoria I named her!) She was so helpful as we checked in and since we arrived early and our room was not available assured us that they would take good care of our luggage while we toured Sydney that day. I was able to chat with her a few more times during our 3 night visit and she was always fun to talk to! The staff was also helpful in changing our room since we preferred not to stay in a room that had an adjoining room. And Duncan was able to help us figure out the airconditioning system. I also want to mention if you are coming in on a cruise this is the place to stay! We were able to walk to the hotel with our luggage! There is a small hill but we had to walk but not to bad for 2 people in their 70's! And the hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk everywhere!! ( Opera House, Botanical Gardens, the ferry, restaurants etc) "

"I honestly can't fault this hotel. It's my second time staying here and the service is second to none. Staff always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. From the concierge staff, to reception staff, to housekeeping and even the waiters and waitresses...every single encounter was a positive one. The room was clean, views were fantastic. Location is amazing. I don't have a single complaint Cannot wait to stay at this amazing hotel again! "
