"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

"The room I stayed on the 15th floor is very clean and specious. WiFi speed has been faster than 6 month ago. The speed is more than 100 Mbps. The view from the room is very beautiful. However, laundry service price has been increased. It is better to go to a coin laundry near the hotel. Also, be careful of the parking per entry. Overall, the price is reasonable. "

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. Rooms were nicely designed too. The only drawback is the location. It’s a little way out of KL centre and no walkable amenities nearby. And if the Hotel had a spa would be great bonus! Otherwise a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Perfect for families."
