The environment that gave me the comfort to stay in. Quiet place, Convienent to the shopping area
Everything from the huge entrance and fountain, to each and every member of staff, to the clean and modern room was top notch. The river front veranda and dining area is newly refurbished as of May 5 2019.
We was pleasant welcome , we live in basic room - was excellent!
Great central location - right across the road from the new shopping centre. Good family hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great service - in particular, Bun (from the Front Desk), the cleaning staff (good job!) and the restaurant staff! Will definitely stay again.
One of the best in the world. The staff is simply amazing and overcomes any minimum observation you might have . The quality of the food is excellent, the location is good , the spa is great , concierge is WAO. You can not ask for anything else.
