"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"

Excellent location with a number of restaurants, cafés and nightlife nearby (and a metro stop less than 20 m from the front door.) "Staff were very courteous especially at checkin and the porters. Wait staff in restaurants promptness could be improved . Rooms very clean and well appointed. Free bus transfer to MRT station very good. Although the bus stop at Yuanshan needs better signage at night. "
