"Abisha at the front desk was the best with a great smile to our day great! She was very helpful and flexible to make us come again. Food was very average, only the omelet is great rest not to our taste, but the staff were very friendly. The Indian food at the 10th Floor was good, but the staff there were not friendly as the ground floor staff. The management should make Abisha the manager to make the hotel better. David"

"All staff very helpful & attentive. We were one towel short in our room, but when contacted reception they sent a towel within 2 minutes. Provided us with a later check out of 2pm without any problems & we left bags at hotel after we had checked out & came back later to used the shower & changing the facilities in the gym, which were excellent, before going to the airport for late flight. Swimming pool had amazing views and would definitely stay here again."

"A beautiful hotel and well positioned. The hotel was at capacity so check-in was long and rooms were not ready either prior to check-in but 1 hour after. My superior room had a "faux" window and no possibilty to upgrade as the hotel was full. The cleaning staff were excellent and so meticulous. The team were so friendly. The food variety and quality in Shook was okay, not the best I have experienced for breakfast, we did not have lunch there as it was a fixed menu. The Dim Sum place was excellent. Having been at JW Marriott KL over 20 years ago, I believe it has lost its shine. The pool was only okay and small things like replacement of a cloth laundry bag for one use plastic is not good for the enviornment. TV Stations for the family was reduced from previously,"
