The location is perfect for spending a few days exploring Bath. The rooms were clean and functional, but the bed was too firm for us to be really comfortable. We had the breakfast our first day and it was tasty, but most options were packaged food.

Staff, service, food, wine, all great. Room was as expected. The beds are firm. The bedding and towels are clean. The tea and coffee was a great addition also the water which is available to fill in reception. Reception area nice place to meet and eat/drink. Great place to stay which is affordable and central.
