"Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient. "

The afternoon tea in the lobby was super -- both the Western and the "nyonya" local delicacies set. The staffers were all welcoming, polite and helpful. We'll surely return whenever we have visitors or need a "staycation" at a beautiful site. It's our favorite hotel on Penang Island!"
