Avida at Bear Bar treated us like royalty—even when the kitchen had closed, she made a special exception to bring us oysters, and we were just sitting at the bar! That level of service was consistent across the board. Every staff member remembered details about us with such care and intention—it felt like staying with friends who just happen to run a world-class resort. Our room? Absolutely stunning. From the heated bathroom tiles to the dreamy outdoor shower and the fresh veggies grown onsite as a welcome gift (truly the best carrot and kumquat we’ve ever had), every detail was thoughtfully curated. We even received a birthday card signed by the entire staff—such a rare and touching gesture. I’ve never been more sad to leave a property.
