One thing to be aware of is that not all ferries stop here so make sure you check time tables however the hosts were happy to help and highlight activities and times for ferries and busses. Would have loved to stay longer however it was booked out. "

The Do Not Disturb system doesn't really work, because they still knock on your door just to make sure that you meant to put it on. This happened to me 3 times in 5 days (despite me complaining about it). I also got 2 phone calls from them about it, waking me up, asking me if I wanted housekeeping because I have a DND sign. "A very well located hotel, in the center of Como and offering an easy parking option 5 min walk from the hotel at a small fee. Staff was adorable and breakfast was the best we had during our trip. Everything was super tasty ! Our room had all the necessary amenities but bathroom might need some refresh."

"Exceptional stay! This was my best stay through Greek and Italy over the past 2 months. Great location, an easy walk to San Giovanni Train Station, the lake and the town centre. Both the room and the were exceptionally clean and nice and spacious. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Bed and pillows very comfortable, very quiet, great sleep. Charging points and light switches in good convenient locations. Staff friendly and helpful. Would defend stay again and highly recommend! "
