"We loved The Komu, our room was beautiful and the property was immaculate. Staff were so friendly and helpful wherever we needed anything. Our included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We look forward to coming back in the future. The location is also amazing with great shopping, lots of places to eat and easily walkable. "

"Fantastic Stay in Berawa, Bali We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Berawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly professional and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered complimentary tea and coffee on arrival—a lovely touch. Our initial room was located on level 5 at the back of the hotel, but due to nearby construction noise, we requested a change. The staff handled this promptly and moved us to a room on the second floor in the middle section of the hotel. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. The hotel itself is spotless—our room was immaculately clean and well-maintained. A standout feature is the fresh water stations available on each floor, along with fresh, refillable water bottles provided daily. It’s a great sustainable touch. Another bonus is the location: directly opposite the hotel is a free shuttle bus that takes you around the town centre, making it super easy to get around. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
