"We really enjoyed the room for the price. The food was great in the restaurant. However, in the restaurant, there are incredibly under staffed. At the front deck they need to come up with a better situation for getting the shuttle to the airport. We were told twice to come 20 minutes before wanting a shuttle. I asked if I could get a ticket earlier than the 20 minutes. So arrive at 840am the 9am shuttle was full and the 920 only had room for 1 person. This made for a very stressful morning."

"We had an amazing stay at the Jupiter Lisbon hotel. The stay were all very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful welcoming surprise in the room which made our stay extra special. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast Buffett was extensive and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again."
