"I enjoyed staying at the ocean view chalets. Your door open to the wonderful view of the sea and the sounds of the wave. However, the water is not very clean. "The jetty was right next to bintan lagoon resort so you could practically walk up, unless you had lots of baggage then the shuttle service would drive you up to the reception area. Lots of people checked in around 10am and we were lucky to get our hotel room at 11am when check in time was 3pm.
