Spotless room! Beautifully kept and very modern for an old hotel. Indeed very grand. Amenities were amazing and location cannot be better! Staff service was impeccable. They treated guests like kings and queens!

Staff service and room cleanliness n condition

The service level was exceptional. I experienced truly professional hospitality throughout my stay. The room was cleaned to a very high standard, and it was both spacious and comfortable. The garden view was beautiful, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. I have no complaints at all.

Really decent location that is directly situated at the Chiba chuo line, and a less than 10 min walk to the Chiba main station (theres a covered walkway open from ~10am to 10pm). Staff are friendly and the Annex building was new and clean.

Really spacious room considering most other Japanese hotels. Right next to Tokyo station and loads of food options around. Great for short term stays.

This place is what I would call understated luxury. I appreciated the turndown service and had a very good sleep during my one night stay. The corner room was especially spacious. I would also like to commend the excellent and attentive service by the staff.

if i could rate this place higher, i would rate it higher. its just the sheer convenience of being right smack at tokyo station, no crossing of roads needed

The hotel is a decent one in an old fashion way. We even witnessed a wedding ceremony in the hotel lobby cafe area, so special experience. The hotel provides whole complimentary pack for lady(cleaning gel and milk, lotion, face cream) and hair style samples. So considerate!

Hotel staff were very polite and all the front desk staff we encountered could speak English. The provision of free bath salts is very much appreciated. Enjoyed all the soaking after a day of much walking. Location is excellent. Directly in front of the subway. Tokyo Skytree has lots of dining options, including a food court for value for money meals. Shopping is also great.
