"The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress should have been changed some time ago. There was a big sag in the mattress. I expected a lot more from the hotel given the high cost of the room. One of the employees acted as if we were trespassing and followed us around...not sure why. The woman who checked us in at the front reception was excellent - which is why the hotel rating is not lower."

"Perfectly convenient location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. If you read up on the hotel, you will not be surprised by the smaller rooms and little amenities. There is so much to do and so close to the Underground train system. The Zedwell is the best value for the area. Highly recommended."

"I did not have a great time with the staff. However the place was easy to find. Not very well located for food at night but still easy to get to the airport which is the main point. If the staff were more accommodating this would have been pleasant."

"Nice size room, bed was comfortable and bar / restaurant really nice. The bathroom was however really disappointing, the curtain around the shower didn’t keep the water in, and 2/3rds of the bathroom ended up wet after showering. Standing water across the bathroom floor which didn’t drain away so ended up standing in water to use the toilet for the rest of the night. "

"The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!"
