"Everyone in the resort is so friendly and welcoming, the resort is very well maintained, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. They have fun activities throughout the day. Food is really good, especially the Ventana buffet and At Sunset. We enjoyed every minute of out vacation and wish we could have stayed longer. "

"I had the most amazing, restful, spirit lifting stay! I enjoyed the spa on 2 separate occasions, met some really cool staff, my king bed room with balcony and ocean view was quiet and had a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful and I had everything I needed away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I felt like I was at home away from home there! Good food, great coffee at the Starbucks located on site, and beautiful mornings along the beach watching the sunrise. I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay within the hotel zone but further from the business and crowds. 12 dollar CND to catch an uber into town if wanted. Thank you Westin and Mexico for filling a gals soul and lifting her spirits! First solo trip out of country and it won’t be my last! Give the vacation club presentation a chance too… it’s better than the reputation it gets I think!"

"Everyone was so friendly and capable. Service at Hyatt Ziva is excellent. Sofia at the spa is a most excellent asset! The only concern I have is that you not only have 6 captive dolphins but also that they are kept in a shallow 6 foot pool. That is definitely something you need to reconsider. They are sentient animals and need a suitable habitat. "
