When we approached the front desk for assistance, the attendant was rude and informed us that the problem was caused by keeping our key card too close to our phone. Subsequently, maintenance came to our room but could not get the key to work either. As a solution, they had to access the room next to ours and climb over the wall to reach our patio in order to unlock the door from the inside."

All the restaurants offer great options and tasty food, also each restaurant has their own special drink menu. Beach is right in front and back of the hotel. No big waves there, so can see some fishes swim around. "
