Waking up to open views of nature and the surrounding landscape made every morning feel peaceful and unhurried. What truly stood out was the quietness of the property. Despite being in Phuket, the hotel felt calm and secluded, away from the crowds and noise. It was ideal for resting, recharging, and enjoying slow moments by the balcony and common areas without interruptions. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was tranquil, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the island. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for peace, privacy, and scenic views, rather than a busy or party-focused environment. Overall, this hotel offers a serene escape with stunning views, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Phuket. I would gladly return."

"We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay."

"Great staff, fast room service, big breakfast buffet. The location was around many tourist attractions and a nice beach. They had a lunch restaurant and steakhouse on the property, but cheaper to walk 10-20 min for a restaurant that doesn't charge tourist prices"

"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps."
