"Really unique place to stay, it was beautiful inside, great breakfast, highly highly recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, cannot fault it in any way. Great location, a little away from the very centre, which made things a little less busy but still only 9mins walk from St Marks and the Rialto bridge."

"Location was excellent. 10 out of 10. Room was ok. Bathroom very good. Our AC broke and it was repaired very quickly. Breakfast was ok. Could have changed it a bit day to day."

"We loved our room and it was the most beautiful hotel with the best location so accessible to everything"

"Quiet , near tourist area, staff very helpful, beautiful room"

"Breakfast was amazing and staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location and the room was so beautiful and clean, the staff were amazing"

"Super cute hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. I will say the bed was too hard for my preference. The location was perfect and centrally located. The taxi stop is near by so easy walk to and from."

"We loved our stay! The room was perfect. We booked a standard double room and it felt roomy for 2 people. We used the garden to do some work in the morning. The hotel staff was kind and allowed us to store our bags in the room near the lobby on the day we were leaving."

"Lovely accomodation with very helpful staff and also great breakfast. Some great restaurants nearby too. Slight distance from the ferry terminals but close to the tourist attractions Only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the morning in our room due to heavy entrance doors outside our room."

"Friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable enough."

"We absolutely loved staying here. Location is perfect. The room is spacious, has everything you need and more. The possibility of having breakfast in the room is an amazing touch. We choose what we wanted and the time to serve it and they were always on time, which is amazing. The staff is brilliant and very helpful. Franco was always very helpful and made our stay excellent. We super recommend this place and we will definitely return. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"What a great find! Great location, clean, spacious, and beautiful. Wonderful breakfast. Will stay again!"

"The location was perfect for walking the beautiful streets of Venice, and for visiting St. Mark’s and Doge’s Palace. Lots of shopping and wonderful restaurants and gelato nearby. The rooms felt luxurious! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful."
