This was our second visit, and while the hotel itself is impeccably clean with well-appointed rooms and a fantastic location, it's the staff who truly make this place stand out. Every member of staff we encountered, from arrival onwards, demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness, making us feel completely at home and ensuring a memorable stay. We particularly want to highlight Agnes in the Pacific Club lounge for her outstanding hospitality and the wonderful care she showed our young son."

"Our first time in Singapore and we were very impressed. The location is an easy walk to the MRT station and it is very simple to find your way around. Both the hotel's breakfast and evening buffet meals were good. The bar closed rather early! Swimming pool nice but not many sun loungers."
