Cleanliness is top notch throughout the hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. A special shoutout to Kendrick who has been our server on multiple occasions in the 11th floor lounge and restaurant, he’s made us feel very welcome and his service is impeccable.
