The toilet door in my room was faulty during the 3rd day of my stay but the hotel handled the situation well and changed my room to the same level so it’s easier for me to move. The location is good, it’s near the metro, nearby with big malls , food and all. Awesome!

Wonderful stay at Blossom House Shanghai - hotel lobby was beautiful upon arrival, and we received a great rate to upgrade our room, which was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful without ever being overbearing, and we enjoyed the excellent hotel breakfast on our last morning before departing - one last chance to savour our favourites from Shanghai! Even though the property is in a busy area, you don’t feel it once you’re inside - like your own cocoon...

Very nice hotel. Even has a pillow menu for you to select different degrees of firmness. The Tilanqao subway is 5 mins walk away. When you return to the hotel, use Exit 3, come out of the station, turn left and just walk straight till you come to the Gaoyang road. The Bank of Nanjing is at the corner of the road, next to the hotel. Actually, if you look up at the skyline, you will see the hotel name Sunrise on the top of the building. Rooms were well sized and well maintained. Most staff were helpful and professionals

Room design is chic and eye catching even though some room conditions are no longer top notch (decaying door frames, faulty toilet door). Clean and good sized room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was not the biggest but decent, even though it’s the exact same items for both mornings we were there. Was stuck inside the bathroom due to faulty door mechanism but the team reacted swiftly and professionally, and excellent service recovery from the team. Overall a good stay.
