"Recht neues Hotel, modern! Diner für alle Mahlzeiten gleich nebenan. Bei unserem Besuch gab es immer ausreichend Parkplätze, Parken kostenfrei. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Autobahn schon recht deutlich, bei geschlossenem Fenster war es ruhig. Klima funktionierte gut. Leider zu wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer und kein Lift"

"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "

"Really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The location is excellent giving easy access to Clifton, the city centre, and the harbourside. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and full of character. The staff were also very helpful. We would recommend this hotel. The on-site car parking was also convenient. "

"Great hotel, excellent location, about 5/6 mins to the waterfront bars, 10 mins to main shopping area, lots of bars, restaurants & cafes within 5 mins. St Nicholas markets 3/4 mins. Rooms nice and cool. "

"We stopped over for one night with our two kids and our dog. The staff could not have been more friendly, and they were very helpful in giving us advice about places and events to check out in Bristol. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were glad we had booked one of the rooms with air conditioning as it was a warm night: we had cool air in the bedroom, and thanks to underfloor heating our feet were still nice and warm on the tile floor in the bathroom. We were impressed with how dog friendly the hotel was, with water bowl by the front door and treats on the reception desk. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable time and great value for money. We will be staying again!"
