"I view this hotel as a Beautiful Boutique Hotel that is in a wonderful location. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again!!! They are in the process of making some renovations, that are only going to enhance my future visits!!!! I checked in late, which was handled well. I like everything about this hotel, but the thing I like the most is the STAFF - everyone always willing to help and they do it with a SMILE!!!!! " My family's 3 night stay at Royal Palace hotel was just about perfect. We had two rooms -- one for my wife and me and the other for our two adult daughters. The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade for our girls so they could be on the same floor as us --- very nice! Our Royal suite was extremely spacious, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, included breakfast was excellent. Perfect location, too, just a couple blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, the water puppet theater, and the heart of the Old Quarter.
