Capsule room is very comfortable, though i got the lower deck so is much more convenient getting in and out. Bed and toilet very clean. No breakfast provided, just some drinks and biscuits available at their common area. Would love to go back again!

Very pleasant stay and cosily tucked in Funan mall. Room was very comfortable and well equipped with necessary amenities. Loved the idea of chalkboards outside each room. So fun!

We are satisfied with our booking. The only thing was, we can not use the TV to watch other movies through our Google Chrome Cast or Apple TV as it is not accessible for usage. Maybe next time they would consider to have these movie portals to be accessible for use on this hotel.

Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....

I fell in love with the hotel once I saw the interior. Those lifts and the color tone of the hotel interior, the view upwards and downwards from my room! Reception staff were professional but not friendly...that was sad...room was old classic...could do wit some touch ups...swimming pool was so-so... very comfy bed! breakfast was nice...overall my 1 nite of freedom with my hubby without my two little monsters was great!
