"Good location and not bad for the price. Unfortunately we had to ask reception for towels and batteries for our TV remote on arrival. Our shower door did not have a seal on it so water poured onto the floor unless you held the door over the bath. The beds and furniture were clean and tidy but the picture rail had a significant layer of dust on it and the ceiling was cobweb bound, probably the most cobwebs I have ever experienced, to be brutally honest. If it wasn't for that I would return to the hotel but it makes you wonder how clean everything else actually is. The staff were lovely though, friendly and were really helpful when I asked for help or had questions."

"Lovely old hotel out in the middle of nowhere. Ensure you follow hotel directions to get there, google sends you down an unkept road. We were not housed in the main hotel but in a separate building. There was no lift and we were on the second floor. Our party was all over 60, with one over 73, which wasnโ€™t easy for carrying suitcases and we were not offered any assistance . The wifi was also poor in that building. On a positive note the food was excellent both dinner and breakfast were great, the only issue was we were unable to book in for dinner until 7.45 due to two coaches that were booked in prior."
