"Everything needed for an overnight stay was provided. Comfortable bed, if a little soft for us. I found the room atmosphere dry, needed a humidifier. Didn’t have breakfast but it all looked fresh. Staff very attentive and helpful. All in all a very good stay . "

There were a few little niggles here and there (light out in living room, stompy person upstairs (fortunately only heard them in the evenings), crumbs and dust here and there), but overall it was a great stay. Other than "stompy" upstairs, it was a quiet place, had good water pressure in the shower, a decently stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking gear, not food/seasonings), was easy to get to, close to multiple express grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries. "This place was absolutely spotless! Very accommodating as we were able to store our luggage onsite while we waited for check in. Staff were very responsive. Location wise, it is in a great spot. Tons of food and things to do nearby and everything is walkable. I loved being able to dial in a code to get in and out of the building as well as our room so I did not have to worry about a key card since there is no front desk. Will definitely book with them again next time I am in Scotland! "
